Chronic Addiction

Dumb finally finished her exams today. Weehee. No more stress for her. Excellent. And she went to watch Money Not Enough 2 with her friends instead of me. She went shopping after that too. Spent so much money. Bad girl. Oh well, on the bright side, she is helping Singapore's economy and also enjoying herself. That's good though :D Dumb said that her test went quite smoothly. See, I told you you can do it (: The power of love can make wonders.

Met Wenhao around twelve plus I think for lunch. Weather almost screwed us up. Just when he was about to leave his house, it started raining like it was the end of days. Not a pretty sight. So I told Hao to take the LRT and I'll meet him straight at Compass in the end (He was gonna cycle over). So when he left his house, the bloody rain stopped. Trying to be funny eh, weatherman? Anyway we walked to Compass and ate our lunch. Went to GNC to get protein powder next. It costed $100 plus. OMG. Scammers. But it's good though. No choice then. And I got this mixer/bottle. Pretty cool. There's a stainless steel ball that is like a whisk which you used to make sure your stuff is evenly mixed.

Went back to my house for some gym-ing. Had to leave at 5 for training though (Acutally it started at 445). Reached RP at around 545. Saw Pearlyn working as a lifeguard there. She was from SSA too. Heard from her that she is waiting for entry to a university. Did like two laps of warm-up before we started on our 4X50m medley relay. The funny thing is that even though it's 4X50m, the third swimmer has to cover 100m instead. Which is two laps. And the crazy dude who is gonna do that in our team is me. How cool huh. Our timing was like 2min43s first, 2min25s, then 2min5s. Good improvement huh. For the second set, we were just supposed to swim 2min30s, but we went a little faster. That was crap as it caused the coach to have doubts whether we are doing our best. Therefore he set a timing of 2min10s for the third. This taught me to bring a watch next time so that I could check out how fast we are swimming and not get seemingly impossible timings in future. OKAY I was just kidding. It managed to make us push harder. And we never had that timing before. So good job people :D

Had to do my own event next and it was ridicuiously crappy. First time I did was like 1min24s. And if that wasn't bad enough, the next one was 1min40s. OMG. That's bullcrap. Stupid torpedo tube. Can't freaking bend enough for me to clip. Tsktsk. I'm so out of touch. The only good point was that I could maintain my first lap timing. In conclusion, clipping of the manikin totally screwed me up. I hate torpedo tubes.

Took a bus home alone and decided to wait for Dumb at Compass even though when I reached, she was still waiting for her train at Dhoby Ghaut. I couldn;t make her walk home alone right? It was so late already. I'll be so worried. So sweet huh. And I could see her too! Killing two birds with one stone.

Dumb is pretty moody right now cause she feels that we wouldn't be able to meet up much over the next week, which is the last week of my holidays. And my holidays just started last week. WTH. RP is crappy. I might have to work too but I'm sure I won't be working everyday. So Dumb, we will still have time for each other. And we stay just across one another. We can always meet, my dear (: Don't be moody anymore alright? Cause I love you (:
